I recently moved to Seoul! When I was a child I would dream of living abroad—I should probably admit that this dream came in phases with different places as an ideal destination and sometimes I'd ignore it because it felt unrealistic, but after quite a few setbacks I've finally made it and I couldn't be more happy—so when quarantine led to an ego death that led to the acceptance that law school wouldn't make me happy—and when I was a teenager I learned from Thornton Wilder that, "The important thing is to be happy."—I started looking towards Korea & Japan.
